Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Resource to join our management company operations team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting daily financial operations, performing reconciliation tasks, and assisting with general accounting functions in QuickBooks and other reporting platforms.

Job Description
Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Junior Resource to join our management company operations team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting daily financial operations, performing reconciliation tasks, and assisting with general accounting functions in QuickBooks and other reporting platforms.
Responsibilities
- Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash transactions and balances across multiple bank accounts and platforms; investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Daily Activity Processing: Assist with the review, recording, and processing of daily management company activities, including revenue, expenses, payments, and transfers.
- QuickBooks Management: Enter and categorize transactions, perform general ledger maintenance, and support month-end close processes within QuickBooks.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Update records and generate routine financial reports using various platforms and Excel spreadsheets.
- Platform Support: Utilize various platforms and software to support the operations and reporting functions of the management company.
- Coordination: Communicate effectively with internal teams (finance and operations) to ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Support special projects, audits, and other tasks as directed by senior team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or operations role (internships included); experience in alternative investments, private equity, or asset management a plus.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar accounting software) preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
