Mall Nurse

As the Mall Nurse, you will provide medical aid, assessment and recommendation based on medical records and to support the programs set and cascaded by Medical Services, for the purpose of supporting the directives of Medical Services (SMRI) within the limits provided by the Philippine Health Care Laws and Company policies and protocols on emergency and health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate medical assistance and first aid during emergencies
• Monitor and maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and cleanliness
• Conduct health assessments and wellness checks for employees
• Assist in implementing health and safety programs within the mall
• Maintain accurate medical records and incident reports
• Coordinate with hospitals, emergency services, and health authorities when needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license
• Preferably with BLS/First Aid certification
• At least 1 year of clinical or occupational health experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays
