About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Superviror to join our team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation. As the Mold Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our critical mould equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.
What You'll Be Doing
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Superviror to join our team at Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation / Multiplast Corporation. As the Mold Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our critical mould equipment, ensuring efficient and high-quality production. This is a full-time position based in Metro Manila.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance activities of the mould maintenance team, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all mould equipment
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mould-related issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing production output
- Monitor mould performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and prepare reports for management
- Provide training and support to the mould maintenance team to continuously improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with production, quality and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a mould maintenance or supervisory role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in the maintenance and repair of industrial moulds and related equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals and specifications
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and relevant health and safety regulations
