Position: Maintenance Estimating Assistant

Location: 1880, Eastwood Ave, Libis, Quezon City

Work setup & shift: Onsite | Night shift

Your Role

• Assist Estimators in takeoffs and project preparation
• Manage multiple projects over $25,000 with supervisor oversight
• Organize project tasks and review plans/specifications
• Participate in pre-bid/scope meetings and submit internal questions for clarification
• Perform field takeoffs and use AutoCAD and mapping software
• Create initial bids with takeoff details and collaborate in bid reviews
• Meet personal and manager-set goals
• Prepare shop drawings (e.g., Layout Coordination, Hardscape Joint Layout, etc.)
• Communicate with Project Managers and Estimators
• Design and estimate hardscape projects (flatwork, underground, structural concrete)
• Build relationships with vendors, architects, engineers, and industry firms
  
  

What You Need:Non-negotiables:

• Associate Degree (or another 2-year degree) / Some College Courses.
• Minimum two (2) years of computer aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2D or other 2D Drafting Software is a requirement.
• Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
• Prospective candidates should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, an interest in the construction process, and be willing to take on different challenges.
• Field experience is a plus, but not required.

• AutoCAD 2D or other 2D Drafting Software
• BIM Modeling and/or Revit is a plus
