Your Role

• Research new model vehicles and create maintenance and tyre budgets.
• Update lookup tables for Rego, CTP, Stamp Duty, dealer discounts, and related data.
• Analyse and report on budgeted versus actual costs, projected excess kilometres, and sales strategies.
• Prepare reports and insights to support pricing and sales decisions.
• Calculate maintenance and tyre budgets for contract modifications.
• Manage PPSR registrations, searches, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate vehicle data and track active vehicle counts throughout the year.
• Evaluate quotes for stop-start leases, mini leases, concessional registration, and similar options.
• Review dealer offers and discounts to ensure competitive pricing.
• Assist with data validation and updates to ensure database accuracy.
• Support forecasting and planning processes with timely data and analysis.
• Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
  
  

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Good knowledge and understanding of fleet maintenance operations
• Experience working in the motor vehicle/fleet management industry - preferably as a Mechanic, Service Advisor, or in a similar role
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Evidence of a successful track record managing large volumes of data and manipulating data to explore and identify trends, produce estimates, and perform calculations
• A certificate in Automotive or a related field
