Your Role

• Able to provide system and IT support to the wider group;
• Able to offer advice on functional and technical requirements for the maintenance system development.
• Coordinate upgrades as required for the MC system.
• Develop Training packages as required.
• Offer advice on future enhancements.
• Manage key contracts with the use of information contained with Maintenance Connect.
• Proficient in the use of “Maintenance Connection” or equivalent work order system such as Maximo, Simpro, SAP and CMMS systems
• Ensure MC is 100% updated at all times with relevant asset and compliance information.
• Registration of plant and equipment as required
• Management of contractors to ensure relevant insurance, compliance and certifications are current.
• Provide ongoing reporting to the wider business in order to meet key KPI's
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel in order to produce meaningful reports on contractor insights, trends and spend
• Maintenance connect software experience an advantage or similar workorder system experience such as Maximo, Simpro, SAP and CMMS systems
• Strong decision-making skills to lead sub-contractors
• A commonsense approach and initiative when resolving issues.
• Ability to view, sort and filter data
  
  

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Previous exposure to petroleum industries is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work as a team in a busy environment.
• Experience working in high pressure, outcome driven environments.
