Mailchimp Expert

Project Scope:

We’re seeking a Mailchimp expert for a one-time setup and optimization project. This includes creating a robust, automated email marketing system that runs smoothly in background, allowing us to focus on our core business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Data Integration & Clean
◦ Work with our CTO to ensure seamless data flow between our platform and Mailchimp.
◦ Clean and organize the email database, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly segmented/tagged.
2. Automation & Evergreen Campaign
◦ Build and implement automated customer journeys and funnels, including:
Onboarding campaigns to educate new users about using account's core product
Conversion funnels like abandoned cart and expired subscription marketing
◦ Design evergreen email sequences that require minimal future maintenance.
3. Template Creation
◦ Develop user-friendly, on-brand email templates for newsletters and ad ho campaigns (e.g., event invites).
◦ Ensure templates make it easy for team members to create and send
campaigns with minimal effort.
4. Copywriting
◦ Write compelling, audience-specific email copy with guidance from us ensuring it resonates with Actors and highlights our core offering
◦ Incorporate insights about the acting industry or conduct research to understand our audience better
5. Optimization
◦ Analyze and improve key metrics like open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
◦ Ensure all systems are optimized for long-term performance, requiring little to no ongoing intervention

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in Mailchimp, including database organization, automation campaign building.

• Strong understanding of email marketing strategies and analytics

• Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling, on- messages.

• Familiarity with the acting industry or willingness to research and learn

• Experience improving email performance for subscription-based businesses

The position we are offering is a full-time, onsite role located at the Business Center, 18 Philexcel, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
