A Loyalty representative is responsible to focus on retaining existing customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and implementing strategies to reduce customer churn.
Responsibilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Stay on top of the products , services and current offers and promotions.
- Sell, cross sell, and upsell the best communication products and services in the market.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support by resolving telephone inquiries from customers.
- Enhance customer relationships and contribute to building customer loyalty.
- Navigating computer systems to track calls, gather information and effectively resolve customer issues or queries.
What we’re looking for:
- Must be amenable to work on a graveyard/shifting schedule
- Willing to work in San Mateo, Rizal.
- At least Senior HS or HS Grad (old curriculum)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Advance computer knowledge
- Must have NBI Clearance prior to Job Offer
- Strong and Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Has at least 6 mos. s ales experience (preferred)
- Ha s an ability to overcome sales objections and revert it positively
- Earn as much as Php 26,80 0 basic salary + 2,200 non-taxable allowances + Quarterly Salary Increase*
- Hybrid or Work from Home ( performance-based arrangements are made after probationary period)
- HMO with 1 FREE Dependent
- 10 Vacation Leaves and 10 Sick Leaves (unused SL convertible to cash)
