Responsibilities

  • NTC application and SN# registration (this includes request of MC for payment and submission of printouts to NTC)
  • Daily creation of Inbound Delivery in SAP for all HW POs for ZMSHIP entries (except for local POs whereas buyers automatically creates upon PO)
  • Preparation of RFPs to brokers and local suppliers
  • Recording/ Encoding/ Photocopying (Offshore Receiving, Carepack Receiving, Local Receiving, HP DDP, Manual Receiving)
  • Photocopying of HP invoices (original copies) then forwarding to Finance
  • Preparation of Dell invoices for Finance's copy (for weekly payment remittance)
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Job Qualifications

  • Graduate of any business course
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized and an effective planner.
  • Very good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Related experience is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Willing to assign and report onsite in Greenhills, San Juan City.
