JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (includes Key And Additional Responsibilities)

• Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
• Coordinates with suppliers, manufacturers, and CS/distributors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
• Perform logistics of drop shipments, local and export deliveries for
• PH-Calamba Entity
• Thailand Entity
• Invoicing & preparation of Shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Tax Invoice & AWB/BL).
• Transportation and Freight Management
• Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize cost and delivery time.
• Arrange shipment, select appropriate carriers, and negotiate freight rates.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on time delivery and address any delay and issues.
• Warehouse Management
• Oversee the picking and shipping of orders based on shipping instruction ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinates the receipts storage and dispatch of goods in warehouse.
• Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation to facilitate smooth international shipments which includes:
• A review of customer’s delivery requirement like Finance release-approval, Incoterm, forwarder’s screening, and mode of shipment
• Product allocation/ availability and Pick Slip printing
• Invoicing & preparation of Shipping documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Tax Invoice & AWB/BL).
• Cost Optimization and Reporting
• Analyze logistics cost and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Assist in the negotiate contracts and agreement with logistics service provider to secure favorable terms and rates.
• Implement cost-effective logistics solutions without compromising quality and service level.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, assess performance and make data driven decisions.
• Generate regular reports on key logistics metrics such as, transportation cost, delivery time and inventory turn- over.
• Collaborate with customer service team to address customer inquiries, delivery concerns and other logistics related issues.
• Maintains and upkeeps records of order’s shipment/ delivery files and other related documents.
• Customs and Trade Compliance
• Ensure compliance with the international shipping regulations, custom requirements, and export laws.
• Stay updated on relevant regulations and advise the organization on compliance matters.
• Ad-hoc Task
• Performs other tasks/duties that may be assigned by the Manager.
