This role is all about following checklists, keeping records up to date, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you like working with clear systems, staying organized, and finishing tasks on time, this role is for you.

Day-to-Day Operations
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2+ years of related experience in a backend role from retail or e-commerce

Duties And Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Handling
Day-to-Day Operations
- Follow SOPs to keep existing operational checks updated and accurate.
- Keep day-to-day operations running smoothly by completing routine tasks on schedule and without errors.
- Update and maintain inventory tracking and planning sheets.
- Track bulk orders and incoming shipments, ensuring warehouses receive correct quantities.
- Follow up with factories and warehouses on QC, delivery schedules and stock received.
- Fill in weekly and monthly reports (ops reports, inventory updates, KPIs)
- Keep numbers clean and accurate so leadership has reliable data.
Language requirement: Excellent English Communication Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree (ideally)
Experience: 2+ years of related experience in a backend role from retail or e-commerce
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and consistent with tasks.
- Able to follow instructions and SOPs step by step.
- Basic understanding of inventory, logistics and warehouse processes (inventory from China to US Customer)
- Experience with DTC eCommerce brands (Shopify)
- Experience working with 3PLs or warehouses
- You’ll handle the core tasks that keep the business moving every day.
- You’ll work with a clear structure and systems already set up.
- You’ll be part of a fast-paced but organized team that values precision.
