Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee the processing of orders from receipt to delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Arrange and coordinate transportation for goods.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on logistics performance metrics.
• Maintain and update logistics systems and software.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within logistics systems.
• Liaise with vendors and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for shipments.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the logistics process.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Implement best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective logistics management.
  
  
  

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business, Engineering, Finance or any related courses
• 1-2 years’ experience within logistics area or purchasing transactional activities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
