As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining efficient communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams, helping to ensure smooth logistics operations and a positive customer experience.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to stakeholders and play a key role in maintaining efficient communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams, helping to ensure smooth logistics operations and a positive customer experience.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Provide prompt and professional customer service and support to users of the client's logistics application.
- Assist customers with questions related to payments, app features, and general inquiries.
- Manage the driver check-in process, ensuring smooth coordination and timely updates.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Create, maintain, and analyze reports on customer interactions, driver status, and system performance.
- Document all interactions in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues or bugs for resolution.
- Support continuous process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Uphold client's high standards for service and operational excellence.

- Studies: A high school diploma is required. College education is a plus.
- Experience: At least 1 year of customer service experience in the US logistics industry.
- Language: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM (Philippine Time). Work schedule will follow the American Calendar.

- Salary: USD 1,134
- Additional Hours or Overtime: Depending on operational requirements
