  • Assists the Logistics Supervisor in the creation of the daily local delivery schedule.
  • Reviews shipment and delivery schedule request and checks adequacy of trucks and manpower.
  • Recommends to LOG Supervisor shipment and delivery adjustments as needed.
  • Monitors the status of shipments and deliveries.
  • Coordinates between delivery personnel and the Sales team for any delivery concern.
  • Coordinates the pre-booking with shipping lines and airlines as needed.
  • Monitors the completeness of SIS from Finance issuance to forwarding for dispatch and return from delivery.
  • Monitors the diesel and other materials consumption and ensures timely processing of Purchase Requests and Good Issue in SAP HANA.
  • Checks all petty cash liquidation reports for accuracy & forwards to Accounting on time.
  • Coordinates with Motorpool and EAM on the needed truck repairs & maintenance works.
  • Coordinates with ADM and MKTG on the continous NMIS accreditation of delivery vehicles & updating of decals.
