Job Description
- Monitor reports on key logistics performance metrics and communicate insights to internal stakeholders and senior management
- Run ad hoc analyses to identify root cause of issues identified driving deviation of key performance metrics from targets
- Create new and standardize ongoing reports on logistics-related performance metrics
- Prepare BAU reports for management meetings
- Support internal logistics stakeholders and cross-functional teams with data requirement and analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Management Engineering or it's equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with understanding in operational systems applicable in logistics, warehouse and transportation industry
- Outstanding critical-thinking, highly meticulous and detail-oriented
- Capable of handling multiple tasks and able to work in a dynamic work environment
- At least 1 year experience in performance reporting and monitoring
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in collaborating with stakeholders from across levels which includes Senior Leaders
- Background in SQL
