- Handles transport of RMA’s and RMA’s, making sure Communication between carriers and customer service is fluid.
- Collecting all useful information, pictures, and documentation to build a case.
- Invoice verification, Claims
- Understanding In land transportation, to be fluent in English speaking and writing, be able to work with office suites (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Knows how to use an ERP
- Detailed oriented, ability to resolve issues, customer & company oriented.
- Computer & knowledge savvy, good communicator, pro-active, be a self-starter, a self-motivator
