Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily shipments and deliveries.
Liaise with truckers, forwarders, and shipping lines for scheduling.
Analyze sales orders and manage deployment.
Monitor incoming shipments and ensure hygienic handling of container vans.
Generate and distribute logistic documentation accurately.
Ensure stock availability before scheduling shipments.
Act as liaison for container tracking with customers.
Process RRM and ADBO for stock transfers and bad orders.
Verify trucker billings and assist in resolving discrepancies with the accounting department.
Monitor daily sales summaries and pending orders.
Implement company rules and regulations.
