Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in BGC Taguig in the role of Loans Officer.

Manages the efficient release of loan proceeds over-the-counter, advising clients on loan details, terms, and conditions, and facilitating loan installment booking for an enhanced customer experience. Ensures the correctness of documents for loan release approval, reviews Promissory Note details, oversees PDC warehousing, and validates provided documents for borrower identity verification.

What The Role Will Entail

• Manages dispatch of loan proceeds over-the-counter, appropriate advisory to client on loan details, terms and conditions and booking of loan installment for enhanced customer experience and achieve business goals.
• Evaluates the correctness and completeness of documents submitted by walk-in clients before approving loan releases.
• Conducts thorough reviews of Promissory Notes in comparison to loan details.
• Oversees the accurate and efficient endorsement for the warehousing of post-dated checks received from clients.
• Validates and checks if provided documents are sufficient to establish the identity of the borrower availing the loan.
  
  
  

What Were Looking For

• Candidate must be a 4-year course graduate of any business related courses.
• At least three (3) years of work experience in Loans/cards operations or customer servicing/fulfillment.
• Have at least one (1) year of collections experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Possesses supervisory experience with a keen eye for details and a results-driven approach.
• Demonstrates critical and analytical thinking skills.
