As a Loan Processor, you will:
- Upload loan documents and related files to investor portals for review and processing.
- Lock loans through internal banking channels in coordination with underwriting and rate lock teams.
- Send out initial disclosure packages to loan officers for review and completion.
- Distribute standardized Anchor Funding disclosures to applicable parties.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with lending guidelines.
- Collaborate with loan officers and processors to support the loan origination workflow.
Non-negotiables
- Minimum 2 years of loan processing experience, preferably in mortgage or consumer lending.
- Proficient in uploading fees into various investor and lender portals.
- Experienced in generating accurate loan disclosures, including initial and revised disclosures.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software and disclosure platforms is strongly preferred.
- Strong Communication skills for both written and verbal
