Loan Collection Specialist (AU Lending, Hybrid)

Description

Salary: P40,000 - P60,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Experience in credit and collection work environment
• Ability to build rapport quickly with a firm, engaging and respectful telephone manner
• Expert customer service capabilities, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Account management with collection recovery function.
• Experience using Salesforce for customer interaction management.
• Familiarity with loan account management systems (specifically Minit or similar ledger management tools).
• Ability to handle external calls and emails with customers.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Business loans collection experience preferred.
• Using Ledger Management tools
  
  

What will you do?

• Build strong relationship with loan accounts, develop an in-depth understanding of their needs, and offer solutions with the best chance of recovery
• Manage, negotiate and monitor payments
• Complying with company policies and procedures
• Liaising with internal teams to address payment issues and escalate where necessary
• Account management with collection recovery function
