The Role

We're looking for dynamic, engaging, and knowledgeable Hotel Marketing Coaches to lead our live training webinars. You'll be responsible for delivering high-impact, educational sessions that teach hotel owners and marketers how to drive more direct bookings through digital strategy, conversion optimization, and smart marketing.

You'll work closely with our course creators and support team to ensure your sessions are smooth, valuable, and aligned with our curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead live, interactive webinars for hotel professionals (typically 60-90 minutes)
• Deliver educational content on hotel marketing, booking optimization, and digital strategy
• Answer questions live and guide attendees through practical exercises or tools
• Collaborate with our course creators to shape training outlines and content
• Continuously improve your sessions based on feedback and learner outcomes
• Serve as a trusted voice and face of our brand in the learning experience
• Occasionally support the community with follow-up insights or Q&A threads

Qualifications

• Strong background in hotel marketing, hospitality tech, or digital strategy
• Experience speaking, coaching, or presenting in live online formats
• Confident, clear, and engaging communication style
• Comfortable using webinar tools (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)
• Ability to simplify complex topics for learners with varying levels of experience
• Strong sense of empathy and audience engagement
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  
  
  

Preferred (but Not Required)

• Prior experience working with independent hotels or hotel tech tools
• Knowledge of WordPress and how it's used in hospitality
• Experience teaching, coaching, or facilitating adult learners
