As a Lifeguard, We Rely On You To
- Shall be responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests using the pool and beach in accordance with established procedures and standards for courtesy and timeliness
- Ensure the smooth operation of the work section appointed
- Consistently looks for ways to enhance guest satisfaction
- Create an exceptional experience for our guests
- Takes pride in being a hotelier
- Loves interacting with guests
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has a can-do attitude
- Has strong interpersonal skills
- Is a self-starter and a team player
- Physically fit
