Duties and Reponsibilities

 Documentation Expert

  • Checks and prepares SMART/DMPI/SBI/PDSI permit/RSL new, renewal, modification applications, BT registration, CPE accreditation, letter correspondence request, etc for filing/submission to NTC-Head Office and Regional Offices
  • Gathers Licensing documents for NTC inspection activity and Quarterly SOX Testing samples
  • Checks and collates newly-released permit/RSLs and provides duplicate/file copy
  • Maintains and organizes files of all Licensing documents
  • Upload new contract applications in SAP FLEX RE
  • Prepares and process SAP FLEX RE summary of contract numbers for CMTS and XMN applications
