To be able to support the business, GAMA Foods established its own Dressing & Feed Mill Plant equipped with advanced technology located at National Highway, Baloy Tablon Cagayan De Oro City
REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed Veterinarian
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the poultry Industry
- Willingness to travel periodically
- Open to relocation
- Area of Assignment: CDO, Cebu & Iloilo City
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct thorough & proactive farm visits & review farm management charts.
- Provide comprehensive & continuous training to farms on; systems & procedures related to house preparation, chick acceptance, brooding, growing, harvesting, documentation, & recording.
- Monitor & manage the scheduling of activities such as: chick placement, feed delivery, medication, vaccination, and harvest to maintain seamless production process.
- Collaborate with partners to conduct regular evaluations and reviews of production performance, analyzing key metrics and develop action plans for improvements
- Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices, contributing to the development of innovative approaches that enhance the overall quality and sustainability of poultry farming operation.
