Duties And Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact person between the Finance Department and external entities such as banks, government offices (e.g., BIR, SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, LGUs), and suppliers.
- Facilitate the processing, submission, and follow-up of government-related documents such as tax filings, business permits, and compliance certificates.
- Deliver and collect checks, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.
- Assist in the timely submission of statutory contributions, loans, and payments.
- Support the Finance team in preparing necessary documents for external audits and inspections.
- Maintain records of all transactions, submissions, and follow-ups conducted with external parties.
- Perform banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers, as directed by the Finance team.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial and business information.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to the Finance Department as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a liaison or administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with government processes and requirements related to finance and compliance.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and conduct fieldwork when necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must own a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
