Liaison and Driver

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect checks and other financial documents from clients and ensure secure handling.
• Forward invoices and relevant paperwork to the appropriate departments or clients.
• Deposit and encash checks at financial institutions, adhering to all security protocols.
• Deliver and pick up materials and equipment as required, ensuring timely and safe transport.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, pickups, and deliveries.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on collections and deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely processing of financial transactions.
• Adhere to all company policies, including those related to safety and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or finance is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in a similar role involving cash handling, deliveries, or logistics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
• Familiarity with financial processes and procedures is preferred.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
