As a Level 1 Support (IT & Admin) (Intermediate), you will:
- Provide Level 1 support for custom hardware and software systems. Customer Service (written via Support Tickets, not phone support).
Non-negotiables
- Background in IT Support:
- Troubleshooting USB and other common problems
- Microsoft Windows Support
- USB driver support
- Windows Software Support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language
- Interest or experience in motorcycles or engine tuning (advantageous)
- Diagnostic and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently within a team environment
- Willingness to learn - full training on our proprietary systems will be provided
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to break down complex issues in a strategic fashion
