The position is primarily responsible for providing legal support and assistance to the Department Head in all legal matters concerning the Bank. The position involves handling documentation, legal research, and advisory functions to ensure compliance with banking laws, regulations, and internal policies.
This role is open to fresh bar passers or newly admitted lawyers who wish to build their legal career in the banking industry.

- Assist in all legal functions and activities of the department.
- Attend to court hearings, quasi-judicial, and administrative proceedings involving the Bank.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and comprehensive reports.
- Conduct legal research and prepare case statements, opinions, and supporting materials for ongoing cases and transactions.
- Provide legal advisory services, strategies, and operational recommendations to management and other departments.
- Ensure that all legal activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies, external counsels, and other stakeholders when necessary.
- Law graduate and must have passed the Bar Examination (fresh bar passers are encouraged to apply).
- Preferably with background or internship experience in legal management, banking, or financial services.
- Strong knowledge or familiarity with banking laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent research, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Bacoor, Cavite.
