We need a Legal Assistant who can prepare the required documents for property transactions and perform necessary research to help our clients achieve a smooth process.

As a Legal Assistant, Your Duties And Responsibilities Include

  • Draft legal and compliance documents tailored to the client’s conveyancing and non-conveyancing business.
  • Compose various emails and letters.
  • Order and consolidate disclosure documents in conveyancing contracts and assist in preparing property contracts.
  • Consistently update terms and conditions to align with legal standards and client requirements.
  • Encode and update information in the client’s file management system.
  • Verify contents of supporting documents for settlement figures.
  • Obtain pre-purchase reports and property enquiries.
  • Ensure that all documents for property settlement are in order.
  • Liaise settlement with attending parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of bachelor’s degree in English, Political Science, Philosophy, Management, International Studies, Foreign Service, Legal Management, or any related courses.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in using MS Office software (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook).
  • Can work in a fast-paced work environment with a Team.
  • Exhibits confidence and autonomy in communicating with foreign counterparts.
  • Executes tasks with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously.
  • Works effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Proactively organized and driven, taking ownership of responsibilities.
  • Willing to be assigned to Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
