Title: Lease Management Officer
The Lease Management Officer is responsible for developing, organizing, coordinating, and effectively implementing lease management activities at the corporate level and ensures that such activities contribute in generating contract renewals, midterm negotiations and resolutions, promote effective relations between Lessors/Lessee and the company, document management, and contract administration.

- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in any course, preferably Management.
- At least 1-2 years of work experience in a related field with extensive knowledge of real estate and lease contract management.
- Technical knowledge of real estate law and taxes, finance, business, management, lease, and contract terms is an advantage.
- Must be an efficient communicator and have well-developed negotiation skills to handle real estate-related transactions.
- Must be willing to conduct fieldwork in the areas of South Luzon.
- Must be willing to report in Ortigas, Pasig once a week.
