Key Responsibilities
- The role is responsible for supporting the entire CX Learning & Design department.
- Full ownership and accountability for the technical support and administration of the department’s learning and documentation management systems.
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation and dissemination of all learning reports, will provide technical support for all learning applications and will offer general administration support to the Learning & Design leadership team, including the AVP of Learning.
- Continuous improvement recommendations that help streamline key learning processes to drive efficiency will be critical.
- Education: High School/Senior High/Vocational Course/Bachelor's Degree holders are welcome to apply
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business need AND/OR current external environment/situation)
- Shift: Amenable to work on a nightshift schedule
- A strong technical aptitude, strong communication skills, an unrelenting focus on quality and responsiveness, strength in collaboration and the ability to manage competing priorities are keys to success in this role.
