This job is for a Learning Specialist who will work with both internal and external partners to deliver training programs through our LMS. You'll also help identify and solve any issues that come up. Good communication skills, knowledge of Microsoft tools, and LMS experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal department colleagues to understand their training needs and requirements.
- Collaborate with team members on the LMS Sustainment team to ensure timely and accurate completion of training activities.
- Take a critical approach to partner requests and identify any challenges or discrepancies.
- Provide support to other team members during peak demand periods and accept assistance when needed.
- Apply Microsoft tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to effectively communicate and collaborate with collaborators.
- Coordinate the LMS by managing activities, adjusting audience assignments, and generating and running reports.
- Address general requests related to training and LMS administration.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic consultancy skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Experience with LMS administration, preferably with SumTotal, SuccessFactors, and/or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide support to colleagues.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and SQL is a plus, but not required.
- Working knowledge of project management standards and practices.
