Brief Job Description:
The Associate I, Learning Operations plays a key support role in the day-to-day administration and operations of Vertiv’s Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning initiatives. This position focuses on data accuracy, course management, and learner support to ensure the smooth execution of learning programs across the organization. The role follows established procedures and guidelines while developing foundational technical and business skills in learning operations.

The Associate I, Learning Operations plays a key support role in the day-to-day administration and operations of Vertiv’s Learning Management System (LMS) and related learning initiatives. This position focuses on data accuracy, course management, and learner support to ensure the smooth execution of learning programs across the organization. The role follows established procedures and guidelines while developing foundational technical and business skills in learning operations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data encoding, course creation, and registration management within the LMS.
- Support course scheduling, enrollment processing, and completion tracking for learning events.
- Maintain learning records and ensure data integrity in the LMS.
- Assist in generating standard learning reports and dashboards.
- Provide Tier 0 and Tier 1 support to learners and internal stakeholders.
- Address general LMS inquiries, password resets, and access issues in a timely manner.
- Escalate complex issues following the standard support process.
- Follow standard operating procedures, company policies, and data privacy guidelines.
- Ensure on-time and accurate completion of assigned administrative tasks.
- Collaborate effectively with peers and other learning operations team members.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with basic familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical-related course.
- Experience in data administration or system support is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for learning operations.
- Work is closely managed and performed under detailed instructions.
