Job Description
We are looking for an L&D Specialist – Instructional Designer to join our growing internal Technical Training team. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver high-quality training programs across multiple modalities. We are looking for passion, energy, and commitment in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment.

As a successful candidate, you will be a key member of the global technical training team, operating in a pivotal role to deliver both strategic and tactical requirements. You will work in a global, remote, and highly collaborative environment where your contributions directly shape learning experiences across the organization.

About The Job
- You conduct thorough needs analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps.
- You design comprehensive learning solutions using adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM, etc.).
- You develop engaging e-learning courses, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and blended learning programs.
- You create detailed storyboards, scripts, and design documents for multimedia learning content.
- You write clear, concise, and engaging instructional content for diverse audiences.
- You develop interactive e-learning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
- You create and edit multimedia content including videos, animations, and interactive simulations.
- You design and develop assessments that effectively measure learning outcomes.
- You manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- You collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content.
- You conduct quality assurance testing on all learning materials.
- You update and maintain existing learning content based on feedback and changing requirements.
As a successful candidate, you will be a key member of the global technical training team, operating in a pivotal role to deliver both strategic and tactical requirements. ABOUT YOU

- You hold a degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
- You bring 3 to 5 years of industry experience in learning design (with preferred backgrounds in accounting, education, or digital technology).
- You are proficient in Articulate eLearning software.
- You have strong experience in online education and digital pedagogy.
- You can create impactful learning experiences from start to completion.
- You play a key role in the creative development of a wide range of learning materials in response to design briefs.
- You are highly proficient across instructional design models, including ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
- You apply cognitive psychology principles to the way people learn.
- You are skilled in learner needs analysis and learner evaluation.
- You bring strong evaluation skills that ensure learning effectiveness.
- You thrive as a team player and excel in a deadline-oriented environment.
