About The Job

TalentPop, one of the fastest-growing agencies in the E-commerce space, partnering with 700+ global brands like Liquid I.V., is seeking our first dedicated Learning & Development Program Manager. Your mission is to build, launch, and manage scalable professional and leadership development programs for our global remote workforce. You will be the architect of our internal growth curriculum, collaborating closely with department heads and the Training Team to assess skill gaps and design initiatives that foster leadership capability, technical upskilling, and operational excellence across the organization.

Core Responsibilities & Focus Areas

I. Program Design & Content Development (The Primary Focus)

  • Design and launch scalable learning programs covering critical areas such as leadership readiness, management skills, communication effectiveness, technical upskilling, and AI-readiness.
  • Develop and manage learning content, including dynamic workshops, e-learning modules, coaching frameworks, and role-specific resources, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct organizational needs assessments to rigorously identify gaps in leadership capability, soft skills, and role-specific competencies.
  • Partner with the existing Training Team to integrate new leadership and professional development content into current training frameworks.

II. L&D Strategy & Foundation

  • Collaborate with company leadership to define the long-term strategy and roadmap for the L&D function.
  • Establish foundational tools and systems for learning delivery (LMS, assessments, analytics) to ensure consistency and scalability for a remote team.
  • Create measurable success metrics for all programs to evaluate impact (ROI) and drive continuous improvement.

III. Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Country Managers, Department Heads, HR, and Operations to align L&D initiatives directly with specific business goals and cultural values.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Operations, or Organizational Development, preferably within the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience building or scaling L&D programs from the ground up—a portfolio showing sample work is required.
  • Experience working with remote or distributed teams is required.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and program evaluation.

Technical Requirements

  • Stable DSL/Cable/Fiber internet (20 Mbps minimum + backup)
  • Laptop/desktop with at least Core i5/Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM
  • Reliable power source and backup work location
