About The Role
We are seeking an L&D Operations Manager to build and optimize the systems and processes that support our global learning programs. In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery of training initiatives, monitor program effectiveness, and implement scalable solutions to grow our workforce capabilities.

We are looking for a Learning & Development Manager to lead and grow our global training initiatives. You will design, implement, and enhance programs that build leadership, technical, and soft skills for our remote workforce. This role is ideal for someone passionate about creating learning experiences that drive employee growth and organizational excellence.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of learning programs across all departments.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and create actionable development plans.
- Design and deliver scalable learning content including workshops, e-learning modules, and coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs using success metrics and analytics.
- Maintain learning management systems (LMS) and ensure consistency in program delivery.
- 1-3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Experience managing training programs or leading a team in the BPO industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven ability to design and implement L&D programs from the ground up.
- Strong project management, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Stable internet connection (DSL/Cable/Fiber) with backup
- Laptop/Desktop (Core i5/Ryzen 5 minimum, 8GB RAM)

About The Role

- Establish operational frameworks for the L&D function, including tools, systems, and workflows.
- Collaborate with the Training Team to implement leadership, technical, and professional development programs.
- Monitor program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.
- Analyze program data and metrics to recommend improvements and optimize learning outcomes.
- Manage learning platforms (LMS, assessments, dashboards) and support data integrity.
- Work closely with department heads and HR to integrate L&D initiatives across teams.
- 1-3+ years of experience in L&D operations or training management, preferably in BPO or high-volume remote environments.
- Managerial experience overseeing learning programs or teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology, or related field is a plus.
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Experience with remote workforce training and scalable learning solutions.
- Stable internet connection (DSL/Cable/Fiber) with backup (atleast 20mbps)
- Laptop/Desktop (Core i5/Ryzen 5 minimum, 8GB RAM)
