Job Description
- Design and deliver engaging, practical, and learner-centered training programs (virtual and in-person)
- Translate business needs into learning strategies that boost productivity, mindset, and skills
- Facilitate a variety of sessions—from onboarding and soft skills to technical and leadership development
- Apply modern learning techniques: microlearning, blended learning, coaching, simulations, and more
- Partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to align learning with performance goals
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and improve learning solutions based on feedback and data
- Support L&D initiatives and campaigns that build a culture of continuous growth and learning
- Graduate of any 4-year course or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a corporate trainer, coach, and/or L&D specialist
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Suite (especially Slides and Sheets); experience with e-learning tools or LMS is a plus
- Growth mindset and hunger to stay current with L&D trends, tools, and techniques
- High attention to detail and takes pride in creating quality learning content
- Energetic, inspiring presence with the ability to engage and motivate learners
- L&D certification (e.g., CLDP) and experience in the e-commerce industry are an advantage but not required."
