Collaborate with management to identify skill gaps and development opportunities
Organize workshops, seminars, and other learning events
Create engaging content for e-learning modules
Monitor industry trends to ensure best practices in learning strategies
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in learning and development or related field
Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
