Create engaging content for e-learning modules

Monitor industry trends to ensure best practices in learning strategies

Proven experience in learning and development or related field

Strong facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS)
