LEARNING AND CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT (TRAINING) ASSOCIATE

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resource Development Management
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A strong interest in training and development - someone who finds genuine joy in facilitating and conducting training programs
• Familiar with training technology and tools, such as LMS, e-learning software, virtual classroom platforms, and multimedia editing tools
  
  
  

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering in-house training programs.
• Help create learning materials and monitor participant feedback
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs.
