Analyzes moderately complex value stream mappings to develop continuous improvement recommendations. Analysis focuses on production/administration processes in the area of quality, safety, delivery, and cost. (60%)
Draws conclusions on potential improvement strategies for review with the lean team. Recommendations may be shared with the business. (25%)
Tracks project progress to ensure quality and adherence to project and company objectives. (10%)
Supports a lean specialty sub committee in area of focus. (5%)
Other duties as assigned.
