Role

In this role, your mission is to champion both client satisfaction and team excellence. You will make a direct impact by:

• Driving consistent 1:1 coaching and WIN:WIN performance agreements to enhance individual contributions
• Leading client check-ins and managing cross-functional collaborations to resolve challenges
• Handling escalations and ensuring high-impact service delivery that supports retention and engagement
  
  
  

This Role Is for You If…

Experience

• You have 3+ years of experience as a Team Lead in a BPO or shared services environment
• You’ve managed client relationships, performance coaching, escalations, and retention initiatives
  
  
  

Technical Skills

• You’re fluent in project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp), communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams), and CRM/ATS systems
• Familiarity with AI tools and productivity tech is a plus
  
  
  

Non-Negotiables

• Night shift availability (11 PM–8 AM PH Time)
• Willingness to work onsite in Cebu City (hybrid setup after 6 months)
• Strong stakeholder communication and engagement
  
  
  

Bonus Points

• Experience handling Western clients and C-level stakeholders
• Knowledge of verticals like healthcare, IT, construction, or engineering
• Leadership or coaching certifications are an advantage
  
  
  

The Role at a Glance

• Compensation: ₱45,000–₱50,000
• Schedule: Day Shift (7AM - 4PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
• Work Setup: Onsite (6 months), then Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
