A Lead Technician - Team Leader (POMEC) is responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of the maintenance team and responding to all enquiries promptly to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Lead Technician - Team Leader (POMEC), you are responsible for assisting in the daily supervision of the maintenance team and responding to all enquiries promptly to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Lead Technician - Team Leader (POMEC) will also be required to prioritise and carry out maintenance repair work. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
Assist in the daily supervision of maintenance team
Assist in the implementation of all company statutory and legal requirements including fire, health and safety, hygiene, electricity at work, and all local by-laws
Liaise with Housekeeping to coordinate and prioritise maintenance activities
Respond to all enquiries promptly
Carry out maintenance repair work and ensure the appropriate PPE is worn during all repairs
Maintain the green areas and car parks when applicable
Follow planned preventative maintenance programmes
Ensure good relationships with internal and external customers and contractors
Ensure energy conservation initiatives are implemented
Assist in the training and development of the maintenance team
