By joining us as a Lead Specialist, Integrated Marketing, you will be driving the tactical execution of Emerson’s Integrated Marketing initiatives and the achievement of business objectives through content writing, conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of printed and/or digital material while adhering to the Emerson guidelines for consistency and uniformity in support of Emerson’s marketing strategies.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Develop marketing campaign proposals and marketing analysis, resources, roles, steps for campaign design, process improvement, and testing.
• Build content for marketing campaigns and collaterals (e.g., storyboards, scripts, print materials, web content).
• Manage the execution of integrated marketing campaign tactics with resources from other teams (e.g., marketing automation, social media, email outreach, digital advertising) within the timeline.
• Build reports on marketing campaigns and present them to country and business unit marketing teams.
• Serve as the main administrator for virtual events/webinars (such as ON24, MS Teams, etc.).
• Review and assess requests from campaign owners and provide content production and moderation.
• Support marketing and communication activities, including internal and external presentations and customer-facing materials.
• Manage the execution of internal communications for Final Control.
  
  

Who You Are:

You can put together strategies and campaign designs. You are strong in copywriting, have a strong drive for results, and exhibit passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and work efficiently with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.
• 4.5 years of cumulative experience in Integrated Marketing.
• Proven knowledge and experience in implementing marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and internal communications.
• Proficiency in copywriting.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Knowledgeable in online event management platforms.
