Job Description

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Establishing and documenting new and existing processes or process modifications
  • Training Customer Care Team
  • Leading and participating testing of ERP system based on changes made to the business process
  • Analyzing data and work with Customer Care Leaders to spearhead process improvement initiatives that helps meet business objectives
  • Recognized as subject matter expert in business processes, systems, and tools

Who You Are: You understand the Customer Care process, requirements, expectations and needs. You rely on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions. You use the information you gathered to provide solution or recommendation to business in order to help organization meet its goals.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Commercial Management, Engineering or Information Technology
  • 5 years of experience in Emerson Customer Care functional team
  • Proven process improvement experience
