Job Overview
We are looking for a CRM Lead who can own and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of SMS campaigns for
the brand. This role focuses on retention - driving reactivation, loyalty, and player value through timely,
relevant, and segmented SMS communications across casino, sportsbook, and promotional campaigns.

We are looking for a CRM Lead who can own and optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of SMS campaigns for
the brand. This role focuses on retention - driving reactivation, loyalty, and player value through timely,
relevant, and segmented SMS communications across casino, sportsbook, and promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- SMS Strategy & Calendar – Plan, build, and maintain a weekly and monthly SMS campaign
- Campaign Setup & Execution – Launch scheduled and trigger-based SMS campaigns (e.g.
- Segmentation & Targeting – Use behavior, transaction data, and player cohorts (e.g. VIPs, new
- Copy Development – Collaborate with Creatives and Product teams to develop high-converting,
- Performance Monitoring – Track delivery, CTR, opt-outs, conversion lift, and campaign costs
- Tech & Vendor Coordination – Work with SMS gateway or telco partners to manage throughput,
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all messages adhere to ASC, PAGCOR, and telco
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing, preferably in gaming, e-
- Proven hands-on experience running high-volume SMS campaigns and A/B tests.
- Deep knowledge of segmentation, player lifecycle triggers, and retention journeys.
- Experience working with telco dashboards, SMS platforms, or CRM tools.
- Familiarity with omnichannel approaches: SMS + Viber + email or push.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable with performance reporting.
