As a member of a multi-functional agile team, you will be developing and maintaining efficient, reusable, reliable, and secure codes. Your role will involve adhering to company standards and established software methodologies while focusing on delivering high-quality enterprise software. By implementing and performing automated tests, you will ensure that the software produced is robust and diligent. Additionally, you will provide technical support to operations and other development teams, while also mentoring peers and junior developers to champion their growth and improve team performance. Through agile retrospectives and reviews, you will continuously seek innovative ways to optimize team workflows. Participation in refinement and planning sessions will allow you to collaborate with team members to analyze development requirements, propose solution options, estimate complexities, and agree on delivery strategies. A willingness to learn new technologies will be meaningful in this dynamic environment.
Essential Skills:
With over 10 years of experience in software development, particularly in full-stack roles, the candidate demonstrates proficiency in the Java Spring framework and a solid understanding of MongoDB architecture. They possess a strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles and are adept at automating both unit and integration testing. Familiarity with RESTful APIs and standard methodologies in is needed, along with an awareness of security considerations and secure coding practices. The ability to write clean, maintainable code and reusable Java components is essential, as is proficiency in using Git for version control, including rebase and sub-module management. Effective communication and teamwork skills are also key attributes for success in this role.

- Experience with maven multi-modules development and life cycle
- Experience with serverless functions and microservices
- Familiarity with CI/CD Pipeline
