Lead Software Engineer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in software development in a lead role
• Extensive knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, NET, Outsystems, and/ or Python.
• Proficiency in software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Willing to work full-time onsite, in Makati City

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software problems.
• Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Test and debug software to ensure the delivery of reliable and robust solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members as needed.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and helping them enhance their skills expertise.
