- Lead Management & Prioritisation
- Receive, organize, and prioritize incoming leads from multiple channels.
- Conduct research to assess potential leads, their needs, and fit with company solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of lead status, interactions, and outcomes within CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Continuously update and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression.
- Engage prospects through outbound calling, emails, and other outreach channels.
- Conduct qualification calls to understand the prospect’s IT environment, challenges, and business needs.
- Identify decision-makers, stakeholders, and potential opportunities within target accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are handed over effectively.
- Provide initial product information and answer basic technical questions, escalating detailed queries to the sales or technical team.
- Track and report on lead engagement metrics, providing insights to support sales strategy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- IT background such as IT support, IT operations, service desk, MSP experience, or similar.
- Excellent customer service and phone communication skills.
- Good business acumen and ability to understand client needs.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Confidence in outbound calling and sales engagement.
- Familiarity with ITSM, RMM, PSA, or remote monitoring tools.
- Prior exposure to tools such as Atera, NinjaOne, N-able, ConnectWise, Autotask, or HaloPSA.
- Ability or willingness to learn to conduct product demos.
- Experience in pre-sales or technical account management.
