We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Lead Management Virtual Assistant to join our remote team. In this full-time role, you will play a critical part in managing lead follow-ups, maintaining CRM accuracy, and ensuring timely communication with potential clients. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively to support our sales and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely follow-ups with leads in the CRM according to client specifications.
• Prioritize leads based on engagement level and conversion potential.
• Maintain and update reports, dashboards, and spreadsheets to track performance metrics.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy by updating lead statuses, contact details, and relevant notes.
• Monitor and assign new leads to team members for prompt action.

• Proven experience in lead management or a similar role.
• Strong familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
