Lead Generation Specialist
The company is looking for a motivated and metrics-driven Lead Generation Specialist to build and qualify a robust pipeline for the sales team in Southeast Asia. This role involves prospecting, engaging, and qualifying leads to be handed off to the Sales Manager for closing. The ideal candidate is familiar with the clinical trials industry and has excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. As a key contributor to filling the top of the sales funnel, you'll need a strong process orientation, creativity, and accountability.

Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify and engage leads for handoff to the sales team.
- Develop structured processes to track and report on lead generation metrics.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients through written, spoken, and presentation formats.
- Remain agile, if something is not working, identify the problem and resolve it quickly.
- Have proactive curiosity and process discipline.
- Be a strong team player able to work cross-functionally at the local, regional, and global levels.
- Prioritize action and possess a sense of urgency
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to ensure a high-quality, sales-ready pipeline.
- Promote a learning organization of continuous improvement.
- Having at least 3 years of experience as a Sales/Business Development
- Representative and other related roles/duties
- Proven experience in lead generation, with a strong focus on metrics and processes along with the number of achievements.
- Aggressive collecting leads in the market
- Knowledge of the clinical trials industry and familiarity with lead generation best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and ability to engage potential clients in diverse formats.
- Open for certain nationalities: Filipino, Thai, Singaporean, and Malaysian
- No provide for Visa and Work Permit because this is a remote job
